1. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).
2. Return Process

- Order number
- Reason for return
- Relevant photos (if the product arrived damaged)
Upon approval, you will receive return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

- Products returned after 14 days
